Instructions for Lab 3:

• Do Lab 3.1 page 375.
• Due in class, Monday, March 26.
• You MUST work in groups of at least 2 and no more than 4.
• Each group hands in one lab write-up.
• Your report should be at most 4 pieces of paper, stapled in the upper left corner.
• Your report should have the following:
  • Cover page: Title, names of those in your group
  • At most 2 pages of typed text and small pictures, write on only one side of each page.
  • Part of the lab is creating a bifurcation diagram for the 2 parameter linear system given in the lab. This picture should be its own page. Considerable care should be taken in drawing the picture accurately and so that it contains as much information as possible (but is not cluttered or messy).
• You may discuss the lab within your group, but not outside the group.
