are in
hep-ph, hep-th, q-alg, or in gr-qc,
and include my Habilschrift: Renormalization and Knot Theory (q-alg/9607022) ,
and further recent results on Knots, transcendental Numbers and Feynman diagrams,
as well as work on two-loop integral representations for massive 2-,3-, and 4-point. A total summary including some older papers you can access via spires here.

Recently, I got interested in a connection between Hopf algebras and renormalization (q-alg/9707029).
There is an intriguing connection to Noncommutative Geometry, which was explored in a collaboration with Alain Connes. You can download the initial paper here.

Most recently, Alain and I discovered a connection between renormalization and the Riemann--Hilbert problem, which lead to the RHI and RHII papers. A review of all these developments is hep-th/0010059.

I am still investigating the 4-term relation. This puts overall counterterms of Feynman diagrams in the context of weight systems. These, in turn, are related to Vassiliev invariants, as shown by Dror Bar-Natan.

You will find here bibliographical notes
on older papers concerning Knot/Number/Field Theory
by Broadhurst, myself, and coworkers.
