(Click on an image for a larger view.)

Qutb Minar was built in the early 13th century. Its main feature is a tower (a minar) which is about 73m tall, tapering from 2.75m in diameter at its peak to 14.32m at its base. Surrounding the tower are the ruins of two mosques, funerary buildings and several tombs.

More ruins.
Carved stone pillars in one of the mosques..
Another nice sunset shot.
A well with the start of another minar in the background. Had it been completed, it would have dwarfed the original Qutb Minar.
A nice shot of the full tower.
