An ftp-available version of Kolaczyk's Ph.D. thesis has been prepared,
entitled, as the original, `` Wavelet Methods for the Inversion of
Certain Homogeneous Linear Operators in the Presence of Noisy Data.''
The only change has been to place the figures of Chapter 5 in 
separate postscript files for ease of transfer and printing.
All files have been compressed.

The text of the manuscript is contained in the file:

The figures of Chapter 5 are in appropriately labeled files:

These files should be transfered via ftp in the `binary' mode.
After transfer, use `uncompress' to recover the postscript
files.

It should be noted that some of the figure files are quite large.
If difficulty is encountered in printing, another option is to
write to Stanford University for a hard copy of the manuscript
