Homework 1 (due Wd Sept 11):

In addition to the problems assigned in class, do 3.11, 3.12, 3.16, 3.29 of Hull (4th edition).

Remember: always state the problem clearly before solving it (for problems in Hull, recopy the statement of the problem)

class 2: wednesday Sept 11 (6-9pm, Math building MCS 135)

class 3: wednesday Sept 18 (6-9pm, Math building MCS 135). [No class on Monday Sept 16].

class 4: Monday Sept 24

class 5: MONDAY SEPT 30. (The knee procedure was postponed). There will be class on Monday at 10 am. The Homework is due that Monday.
