PLEASE READ THIS: Your grades have now been computed and submitted to the Registrar's Office. Consequently, you should be able to see your final course grade via the StudentLink shortly.
Your course grade has been computed according to the grading scheme that was stated on the syllabus at the beginning of the semester. Please note that the scheme already makes an allowance for one bad exam. No factors other than your performance on the exams and your homework grade go into the determination of your course grade.
If you would like to go over your final with me, I would be happy to do that during my office hours next semester.
I try to be especially careful when I compute your grade. The computations are checked and double checked (really!), so I would be surprised if mistakes were made. However, if you think that I have made a mistake in the computation, then you can check with me after January 1. I will not respond to email that arrives before then. If you do decide to contact me, remember to include your BU ID number so that I can be sure that the email is really from you. Please don't send email that essentially amounts to begging for a slightly higher grade.
If you would like to see the grade that you got on the final along with your other grades in the course, you can go to the site for our course on CourseInfo.
To see your grades, go to CourseInfo, make your way to "CAS MA 225 A1 Multivariate Calculus" and then check your grades.
Here are the curves that were used when your course grade was computed.
Have a nice holiday break.
