MA 230
Honors-level Multivariate Calculus
Final Exam Fact Sheet

Location and Time: The final examination for this course will be held on Monday, May 12, 2-4, in MCS 148 (our usual classroom). This is the time that the University has scheduled for our final, and all students must take the final as scheduled. Please bring your BU ids and a pen or pencil. You will not be able to refer to any books or other papers. You may use a calculator.

Course Material:
All sections that we covered throughout the entire semester. More precisely,

Getting Help and Exam III:

I will hold office hours Wednesday, May 7, 1-2, Thursday, May 8, 1-2, and Monday, May 12, 11-12. My office is MCS 255. You will be able to pick up your take-home and in-class exams from me at any of those office hours.

Course Grades:

You can get your course grade from the Registrar's Office using the Student Link or TelGrade. Also, I will post the grades on the course WebCT site.

Your course grade will be computed according to the grading scheme that was given on the syllabus. That scheme already makes an allowance for one bad exam. No factors other than your performance on the exams, homework, and daily classwork are considered when I compute your overall course grade.

I try to be especially careful when I compute your grade. The computations are checked and double checked, so I would be surprised if there are mistakes. However, if you think that I have made a mistake in the computation, then you can check with me after May 15. I will not respond to email that arrives before then, and I will not respond to email that does not come from your BU account. Please don't send email that essentially amounts to begging for a slightly higher grade.

Good luck during finals and have a pleasant summer.
