Resources for Math Help

In addition to my office hours, and those of our TF, the following resources are available to all students for help.

• The Math/Stat tutoring room (MCS 111 Cummington St., Rm B24) is open for "walk-in" tutoring most hours 10-4 Mon-Thurs and Friday mornings. It is particularly good for short answer questions. It is also a nice place to relax between classes. The schedule of the tutors will be posted at here .
• The Education Resource Center offers free individual and group tutoring. See their web page here . They do get very busy as the end of the semester approaches so it is good to make contact earlier rather than later.

I think one of the best sources of help are other students in the class. This is true for the explainer and the explainee--explaining something clearly helps you understand it better.
