Applying for funding
There is funding available to cover airfare costs (up to $250) and the cost
of housing on the BU campus.
Note: To be reimbursed for airfare, you must fly on a US flag carrier.
To be eligible for such funding, you must either be:
- a graduate student
- a recent PhD (i.e. have received your PhD no more than 3 years
ago)
If you are a graduate student, you must also get a faculty member
(preferably your advisor) to write a short e-mail recommendation to
rpollack@math.bu.edu.
The message can be very short, indicating merely
that you are likely to benefit from attending this
conference.
The deadline to apply for funding is April 15th.
