The deadline to BU housing reservation and payment is May 14, 2008

* Check in/Check out: You can check in anytime after 3pm (even late into the night). Check out is at 11am.

* E-mail: There is free internet access available in each room, but you must bring your own computer with ethernet card and the appropriate cables.

* Cost: The cost of this housing is $57 per night.

Please let me know if there is anyone that you would like to room with during the conference. Also, room payment is due in full by May 14. 2008.
