Abstract: First I am going to review the definition
of  the GT group in the spirit of Drinfeld and Bar-Nathan and then
to explain how it acts on the chain operad of little disks.
Next, I will formulate the theorem that this action is free
in a certain sense and try to give a sketch of the proof.
If time permits, I will also discuss ther application
of this theorem to the Etingof-Kazhdan quantization.
