This gets its name from a comment made by a cardiologist who watched me prepare it. The comment was something along the lines of, "Jeez! Are you trying to give us all heart attacks?" Those with a heart condition might not want to follow the recipe for garlic bread. Then again, those with a heart condition might not want to use any of the recipes on my web page.
