Changing the Printing Defaults

To print to the printer "sophie" instead of "kurt", use:
math joe % runtex -printer sophie <filename>
To print fewer pages than the whole document, use:
math joe % runtex -pages <beginning#>:<ending #> <filename>

For example, the command:
joe math % runtex -pages 5:10 testfile
will print pages five through pages ten of a document called "testfile".
