Call for Abstracts

We invite talks on all aspects of statistics and probability. Reports on work in progress are welcome. Please use the tool below to submit your abstract in plain text or Latex source formats. Abstracts should be not more than 500 words. Please make sure the document contains the title of the paper/talk, the names and affiliations of the contributing authors, and the email address of the presenting author.

If you are submitting a paper or poster for the student competition, please also refer to the format instructions and indicate in the form below in which competition you are entering. Graduate students that have their papers accepted are expected to present a talk at the symposium in a dedicated student paper session.

Please submit your abstract as early as possible, but no later than March 31 April 6, 2012 (EXTENDED), in order for your talk to be included in the program. Remember that submiting an abstract does not constitute registration; you must also register using the registration form on this site. Students entering the paper or poster competition have their registration fee waived (but not the short course registration fee.)

If you have any questions please send an email to lecarval@math.bu.edu.

Abstract submissions for NESS 2012 has been closed.
