A beautiful view as we ascend the mountains.
Say cheese!
A waterfall and a roadside Hindu temple.
The only tigers I've seen so far, and they're plastic.
My favorite drug, a coffee plant! I tasted the fruit, and it is actually quite nice, though there isn't a lot of it, relative to the bean.
The concrete floor where coffee is dried.
We stopped outside of a tea plantation on the way. By a stroke of good luck, we stopped right near this, a cobra snakeskin!
A beautiful view of the rolling hills of the tea estate.
Our friend Khan, walking on a log in his cardamom estate.
Another waterfall, and Khan's cousin, Mustafa.
Some of the workers at the cardamom estate and us. Apparently other crops are grown in the area as well, as we were informed that ganja is grown further up the mountain.
A cardamom plant. The plants are quite large, but the seed pods grow near the ground.
Cardamom drying in a sweat-house.
Just a beautiful view of the mountains.
